Cancellation Policy:
We understand that life happens, and plans may need to change. However, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee.
Failure to provide any notice and not showing up for your appointment ("no call, no show") will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Appointment Policy:
All services are by appointment only. Walk-in appointments may be accommodated based on availability.
To ensure your preferred time slot, we recommend booking appointments in advance.
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full duration of your service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time.
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule their appointment to avoid disruptions to the schedule of other clients and to ensure the quality of service provided.
Etiquette Policy:
Please respect the tranquility of our esthetic suite by keeping noise to a minimum and silencing electronic devices.
We strive to create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for all clients. Please refrain from bringing children or additional guests unless they have their own appointment.
Your comfort and privacy are important to us. If you have any preferences or concerns regarding your treatment, please communicate with your esthetician.
Health and Safety Policy:
The health and safety of our clients and staff are our top priority. We adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or concerns before your appointment to ensure we can provide a safe and suitable experience.
In the event of illness or symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment to a later date to prevent the spread of germs.
Payment Policy:
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment (apple pay and google pay).
Gift certificates and prepaid packages must be presented at the time of redemption.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated before your appointment.
Refund Policy:
We take pride in our services and products. However, we do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases.
Products may be exchanged only if they are completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges on any products that do not meet these criteria or are deemed unsellable.
